A blend of equal parts of 2 different terroirs. The marn soil of La Cote, brings power and minerality to the structure as well as length in the mouth. The clay-limestone combination of Tillers brings finesse with citrics and pit fruit. The soul (AME in French)

Produced in Salway Ash by Ian Edwards and Rebecca Hansford. A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Rich fruit, cream, yeast and acidity.

5 parcels in Le Vaillon (the best and original part) as opposed to Les Vaillons. Average 50 year old vines. 35% barrel fermented (4% new oak).

Every bottle is aged for a minimum of 3 years prior to disgorgement. Their Champagnes are crisp, stylish and classic and develop richness with bottle age. This is a terrific value grower Champagne. 80% to Pinot Noir and 20% to Chardonnay.

Intense ruby colour with purple notes. On the nose, fresh and elegant, with notes of red and black fruits, with a hint of coffee and spices like black pepper. On the palate, juicy with a pleasant acidity, and abundant tannins, but always soft. It then all finishes with long persistence and impressive elegance.

The palate is crisp, dry and exceedingly refreshing with flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, grapefruit, lemongrass and salty minerality on the finish. It shows very pure varietal expression with exquisitely refined structure and definite poise.

A pale pink, sparkling wine with a gentle mousse and lively red fruits. The finish is frothy and fun with a slight sweetness which makes it perfect for weddings. An elegant wine with good balance and length.

The perfectly ripened grapes of these 55-year-old vines produce rounded assertive tannins, with frank minerality, and a saline finish and the wild aromas of youth give way to a more complex expression (fruity and floral)

A dry wine suited to all occasions, drinking equally well on its own or with light seafood dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 3 years.

from a blend dominated by the emblematic red grape variety of the Medoc, Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot and Petit Verdot. The Chateau Meyney 2017 reflects the typical character of a great wine from Saint-Estephe.
