The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky smooth texture.

The wine has a lovely richness on the nose, with aromas of baked apples, pears, brioche and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, rounded, and well-balanced, with expressive notes of white stone fruit and pear. The finish is juicy and persistent.

We have long admired the wines of Chabonniere, a rich and succulent style! A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre with rich, dense fruit, spice and weight.

The wine has a lovely Pinot Noir richness on the nose, with aromas of baked apples and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, rounded and well balanced, with a lively, persistent finish.

A Grand Cru Classe Chateau from Pessac-Leognan, in Northern Graves, in a classic vintage which is starting to shine, especially in this region. This highly regarded wine is a blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc with plenty of oak.

The three key elements that define this vintage style are the aromatic fruit freshness, elegance and balance. The palate has structured tannins that give a silky mouthfeel, and then it evolves to finish with a persistent length.
