Where are we?
Palmers Wine Store is located at the historic Palmers Brewery in Bridport, West Dorset, DT6 4JA. Our free car park is at the rear of the shop.
What are our delivery options and fees?
We offer free local delivery. For all other orders delivery is £8.95 or free for orders over £50. For cases of our own ales, ciders, and soft drinks delivery is included in the price. Click here for full details.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to send orders received by 10am the same day. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and delivered the following day excluding weekends. Click here for full details.
Is there a minimum order value?
We do not have a minimum order requirement.
Damages or faulty wine?
Please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.
Can we send items as gifts?
Please use see our gifting page for full details and options, and select the gift option at checkout.
Do we sell gift vouchers?
We do sell gift vouchers however we are currently unable to sell them on our website, please call us on 01308 427500 or email info@palmerswinestore.com to order.
We sell brewery tours and tour vouchers here.
Can we cater for large events, weddings, and parties?
We have lots of options to cater for large events, we can supply wines, draught ales in cask, soft drinks, kegs, glassware, sale or return on unopened cases, or a bar. Please call us on 01308 427500 or email info@palmerswinestore.com to discuss all options.
Do we sell organic, biodynamic, natural, and sulfite free wines?
We have organic and biodynamic wines available, we currently do not sell any natural or sulfite free wines.
