Intense and complex aroma with notes of candied fruit, accompanied by sweet fragrances of vanilla and fresh citrus notes. Sweet, warm and soft flavour, with good freshness. Pair with traditional Sicilian dry biscuits, but also a perfect pairing with ricotta cheese accompanied by honey and toasted pine nuts.

Fine elegant bubbles with white fleshed fruit flavours and a touch of hazelnut and almond. Crisp, clean with a touch of green apple tartness. A lovely aperitif or with seafood and fruity desserts.
