Paradones, Colchagua Valley

Quite possible one of the best value Chardonnays we've tasted. Made by Casa Silva, Chile's most awarded winery, the Cool Coast Chardonnay originally not available in the UK but shipped over here for us.

Casa Silva produces stunning wines at all levels, especially in the cool coastal region of Paradones. Sauvignon Gris is a rare grape variety originally grown in Bordeaux which has found it's full potential in Chile.

Produced from the Angostura Estate, a top quality Chardonnay with ripe fruit and acidity.

Strawberries, cherries and pomegranate, with subtle notes of cinnamon which add aromatic complexity. Its cool coastal origin at Paredones adds a refreshing acidity, soft tannins and an elegant long finish.
