This is the top cuvee from Domaine De Pellehaut which they only make in very small quantities each year. A blend of Chardonnay and Petit Manseng this is one of the best value wines we have tasted in years. Ripe, tropical fruit of citrus, lychee and pineapple balanced with toasty, rich vanilla oak. An absolute must try!

Delightfully crisp and refreshing, as Provence rosé should be. Powdery pink in colour, with notes of white peaches, redcurrants and mandarin.

A rich and powerful wine made from 60% Carignan 40% Grenache Noir. Bursting with dense, powerful black and plum fruit with subtle, smoky spice and great structure and acidity.

Harvested late in the season, the grapes become partially dried on the vine, resulting in wines with candied fruit flavours. Very aromatic. Subtle sweetness thanks to a very rich acidity that harmonizes the sugars. Finesse, lightness and elegance.

Traditional method, 100% piquepoul blanc. Pale yellow with green highlights in colour , fine clean bubbles on the cordon. Fine and discreet on the nose, with fresh white fruit aromas then dried fruit appearing after aeration.

Beautiful fruity nose, notes of cassis, blackberry and spices with a very elegant hint of oak. On the palate, the attack is unwaveringly soft, smooth and offers an incredible velvety finish.

Produced by the excellent Charles Hours in the foothills of the Pyrenees from Petit Manseng. Sweet, tropical fruit with acidity and style.

This luscious and textural blend is very much a food wine; rich currant flavours provided by Grenache and tangy raspberry from Cinsault before a dry and fresh finish.

A delicate fruitiness with aromas of blackberries and well-integrated tannins, full-bodied on the palate. This is a wine that stays young for a long time, evolving very slowly, and thus has a good potential to age. Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc.
