Our winemaking team only use the best quality fruit in this range from the Gard region of the southern Rhône. The grapes for the Cabernet Franc, for example, come from single family estate near Nîmes and are organically farmed. In the winery the fruit is processed with a nod to tradition to produce a wine that is rich and classic in style.
