Wine Description:
Delicious 100% Cabernet Franc with layers of scented raspberry and cherry fruit and wonderful texture.
Tasting Note:
Textured and luxurious this is a sophisticated Cabernet Franc from Gard. There is a wild 'after the rain' woodland perfume. The palate is incredibly long and very rich with fleshy fruit flavours counterbalanced by a bitter, woody, character and a thread of honey.

Juicy lamb shanks, rich tomato based dishes laced with roasted garlic and pepper, marinated steak with mashed potato and green beans or savour it at the end of the meal over a good cheeseboard.

Producer Description
Our winemaking team only use the best quality fruit in this range from the Gard region of the southern Rhône. The grapes for the Cabernet Franc, for example, come from single family estate near Nîmes and are organically farmed. In the winery the fruit is processed with a nod to tradition to produce a wine that is rich and classic in style.
