Less well known than near neighbours, Pouilly Fume and Sancerre, Quincy lies on the eastern end of the Loire, where the wines are left on the lees in tank until just before bottling. This adds an extra dimension of concentration and richness.

Fermented in stainless steel vats under temperature control to preserve all the aromas and character of Saint-Véran. After malolactic fermentation, the Saint-Véran continues to mature on fine lees. Aromas of white flowers, peach and pear with notes of hazelnut. A, round mouthfeel full of complexity, with a mineral finish.

Sourced from fruit of Raukawa, Haumona and gimblett Gravels. 100% Chardonnay, both steel and barrel fermented and a portion of oak aging. A lovely nose of broad, white fruit with a yeasty, creamy nose followed by and elegant, refined palate of citrus fruit.

This wine is brilliant straw yellow in colour, with greenish hints. On the nose it has aromas of white flowers, almond blossoms, marzipan and a touch of citrus. The palate is rounded and has flavours of ripe fruit perfectly balanced by a fresh, clean acidity. Long and fragrant, it has a note of fine, almond pastry on the finish.
