Our Classic Fordington Gin is hand created in small batches, using a London Dry recipe with a unique combination of carefully sourced botanicals. Wormwood, lemon balm, mint and spices craft a surprisingly light and refreshing drink with a wonderful length of flavour.

Almond blossom and honeysuckle dance on the nose, with fragrant stone fruits including yellow nectarine and quince. Attractive aromas of freshly baked shortbread and sweet brioche. The palate is off-dry with honeyed fruit, sweet apple compote and stewed medlar. It has a wonderful creamy mousse and a silky smooth texture.

aged Caribbean rum in bourbon-charred oak barrels right here in Devon before spicing it with nutmeg, orange-peel and cloves, as well as vanilla.

A unique blend of Caribbean rums, rich blackstrap molasses, aromatic spices, and soft Devonian spring water. Seep, earthy notes of blackstrap molasses, sweet cinnamon, and fresh orange zest., followed by a rich treacly sweetness, allspice, cardamom, maple, and raisins.

One of Langham Wine Estate’s flagship wines, the Blanc de Blancs, entirely from Chardonnay grown on our Dorset vineyard. Intense, with perfumed notes of orchard fruit, dark, concentrated minerality and full-bodied on the palate – a fantastic sparkling wine for food. ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ has fragrant notes of fresh lemon peel and Provence herbs are complemented by the natural sweetness of red fruit and the distinctive perfume of white flowers and orange blossom. Lavender and lemon verbena, along with a hint of white pepper.
