Having met while teaching sailing in Salcombe years prior and inspired by their ritual of a Gin & Tonic, co-founders Angus and Howard galvanise their shared passion to create the distillery concept for an exceptional Salcombe Gin.  

After two years of recipe development and distillery build, the concept became a reality, when Angus and Howard launched our inaugural gin ‘Start Point’. Within a year it was awarded Gold at the World Gin Awards and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition

    A delicate combination of floral elderflower and fresh pine with a hint of berry sweetness and herbaceous dill on the nose. Sweet yet complex berry flavours on the palate with a faint hint of salinity from kelp and samphire. Floral notes from elderflower and resinous pine provide a full spectrum of flavour. The finish is long and lingering with sweetness making way for elderberry tartness, dryness from sage and pine and lasting sense of the sea from the subtle flavours of kelp.

    Inspired by gin making principles, this award-winning non-alcoholic spirit combines flavours of classic juniper, bright citrus and ginger, with habanero, orange and sage to open a door into a new world of flavour.

    ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ has fragrant notes of fresh lemon peel and Provence herbs are complemented by the natural sweetness of red fruit and the distinctive perfume of white flowers and orange blossom. Lavender and lemon verbena, along with a hint of white pepper.

    Made with thirteen botanicals including Macedonian juniper, fresh lemon, lime and red grapefruit peels, cardamom, liquorice, cinnamon bark, chamomile, coriander seeds and cubeb berries.
