This cider is one of our refreshing summer fruit ciders – a lighter alternative to classic cider. We like to call this our 'Cider with Elderflower' rather than 'Elderflower Cider' because we want the apples to play an important part in what makes this cider taste as good as it does.

Sheppy’s Cider with Blackberry and Elderflower bottle is lightly carbonated and produced at our farm in Somerset. It is a delicious combination of dessert apple cider with blackberry juice and elderflower infusion. This artful combination captures the essence of Somerset’s sunny hedgerows. It is a crimson-red cider scented with aromatic elderflower and with the slight fruity sharpness natural to hedge blackberries.

A medium-sweet, naturally cloudy cider made with traditional cider apples sourced from West Dorset orchards, blended with a proportion of dessert apples to create a hazy cider bursting with fresh, crisp apple flavours.

Palmers Ginger Beer is made the old-fashioned way with pure sugar and no artificial sweeteners, giving it a lovely, clean natural taste, taking you back to traditional caramels and lemon bon bons. It has a light fizz and a satisfying zing, making it the ideal non-alcoholic drink for all ages.

Refreshingly modern medium-dry sparkling cider, crafted from Dorset apples. Known as "Dorset Orchard Gold" on tap in our pubs.

A pale pink, sparkling wine with a gentle mousse and lively red fruits. The finish is frothy and fun with a slight sweetness which makes it perfect for weddings. An elegant wine with good balance and length.

Full bodied, rich and malty, with a distinctive hop character. First brewed in 1994 to celebrate 200 years of brewing at Palmers. So popular that it is now our flagship premium ale. Contains Barley.
