Domaine de Cabriac

Domaine de Cabriac image In the Corbières, on the northern slopes of the Montagne d'Alaric, nature has made the Château de Cabriac, surrounded by pine trees and bathed in the scents of the scrubland, a privileged wine-growing estate. This château is first and foremost a family story dating back to 1802, when it was sold as property of the clergy, formerly belonging to the Templars, to the Berlioz family. From then on, several generations followed one another before the Marquise de Puivert, without descendants, sold Cabriac to Anne-Marie and Christian de Cibeins, distantly related to the Berliozes, at the end of the Second World War.

  • Wine
Scents of ripe red fruits, redcurrants and blackcurrants accompanied by certain spicy notes. Elegant, well structured with roundness and fullness on the palate. The fruit aromas are followed by melted tannins with good persistence.
