Producer Description
Laurent is turning this 13-hectare domaine into a leader of the appellation. He has expanded his cellar and is now able to move his wine by gravity. These are all classically made wines.
We have added Laurent’s delicious viognier Le Mistrale. The Sens is a cracking glugable wine. Le Pontaix from 40-50 year old vines is a richer, more serious wine made in demi-muids.
The magnificently sited Clos des Cornirets lies in the same granitic line as Hermitage and has a profile to match. The vines are 60 years old and the wine ages 12 months in barriques.
Their wines are now certified organic (from the 2022 vintage) with the exception of the Saint-Peray Montis.
