Top class wine from Israel! From 14 ha on limestone soils in the foothill of the Judean Mountains. 100% Chardonnay, sorted by hand, fermented in oak and aged on lees. Delicious, plump, refined ripe Burgundian fruit on nose and palate. Superb!
