Red berried fruit followed by dark chocolate, then mild spices. Rounded and mellow, delicately balanced between toasty notes and fruit, the palate is chewy with a pleasingly aromatic finish and fine length. 70% Merlot 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Integrated farming practices are used in the vineyard, with ploughing to maintain the soil, Médoc pruning method, shoot-thinning and suckering, manual leaf-culling at fruit set. Harvest destemmed, fermentation in stainless steel or cement vats at 28°C-30°C, maceration 18 days. The wine is then aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats. Light filtration before bottling at the chateau.
