Wine Description:

A delicious, generous, beautifully structured Graves. A 16-hectare property with vines which average 25 years of age, on sandy gravelly soils. tainless steel fermentation with a 2-week maceration and aged for 12 months in a combination of new and one-year-old barriques.

Tasting Note:

A cassis, black pepper and capsicum nose is followed by a intense palate of Blackberry, cocao, liquorice, and toasty oak.
