Wine Description:

A delicious, generous, beautifully structured Graves. A 16-hectare property with vines which average 25 years of age, on sandy gravelly soils. tainless steel fermentation with a 2-week maceration and aged for 12 months in a combination of new and one-year-old barriques.

Tasting Note:

A cassis, black pepper and capsicum nose is followed by a intense palate of Blackberry, cocao, liquorice, and toasty oak.

Chateau de Cardaillan is based in the Southern part of Graves and is owned by the renowned Sauterne producer Château de Malle. Chateau Cardaillan comprises of 16 hectares of vineyard with vines reaching 25 years old.
