Locally sourced, leftover or misshapen English strawberries that would otherwise go to waste are pressed and infused in Black Cow to create a fresh, light vodka with the unmistakable taste of freshly picked strawberries.

Intense ruby colour with purple notes. On the nose, fresh and elegant, with notes of red and black fruits, with a hint of coffee and spices like black pepper. On the palate, juicy with a pleasant acidity, and abundant tannins, but always soft. It then all finishes with long persistence and impressive elegance.
