This sweet wine is a blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Gris and Muscadelle. Luscious apricot notes mingle with a touch of honey, but all with a refreshing acidity to carry the wine.

Clos La Coutale is then matured in barrels and wooden casks for one year in order to obtain a good balance between tannins and fruit. The blend consists of 80% Malbec and 20% Merlot, creating an intense wine combining local rusticity with everyday drinking. Coutale ages well.
