This ale has been the taste of Palmers for generations. A full-drinking, malty ale with a delicious hop character. A traditional IPA from the heart of West Dorset. Contains Wheat and Barley.

The palate is crisp, dry and exceedingly refreshing with flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, grapefruit, lemongrass and salty minerality on the finish. It shows very pure varietal expression with exquisitely refined structure and definite poise.

We have captured summer in a bottle with our lightly carbonated Cider with Raspberry. It’s light and refreshing with not an artificial flavour in sight. Blended at home on the farm using a light, but traditional cider apple blend and pure raspberry juice, you will still know you are drinking cider.

Sheppy’s Low Alcohol Classic Cider has been crafted to have the same flavour profile of our traditional cider range but with less alcohol. It is made with a carefully selected blend of Somerset’s finest traditional and dessert cider apples and is designed to be just as enjoyable as our Classic Draught Cider.

This cider is one of our refreshing summer fruit ciders – a lighter alternative to classic cider. We like to call this our 'Cider with Elderflower' rather than 'Elderflower Cider' because we want the apples to play an important part in what makes this cider taste as good as it does.

Sheppy’s Cider with Blackberry and Elderflower bottle is lightly carbonated and produced at our farm in Somerset. It is a delicious combination of dessert apple cider with blackberry juice and elderflower infusion. This artful combination captures the essence of Somerset’s sunny hedgerows. It is a crimson-red cider scented with aromatic elderflower and with the slight fruity sharpness natural to hedge blackberries.

A Chardonnay dominant cuvée which is citrus led, with mineral & saline notes, suited to all occasions; particularly in the spring & summer months. The Corallian drinks equally well on its own or particularly with fish dishes. Perfect now or age for up to 5 years.

A red fruit dominant cuvée with white peach and baked apple notes, this wine offers a round palate suited to all occasions, particularly in the autumn & winter months. The Culver drinks equally well on its own, or particularly with charcuterie & cheeses. Perfect now or age for up to 5 years.

Produced in Salway Ash by Ian Edwards and Rebecca Hansford. A classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Rich fruit, cream, yeast and acidity.
