As is the case as regards all of our crèmes de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur), for our Dijon Crème de Cassis 15% we use the most prestigious blackcurrant variety: the Noir de Bourgogne variety. The berries we use are harvested exclusively in Burgundy.

From a 25ha family domaine located in the Jura between France and Switzerland. 100% Chardonnay witth 15 months on lees. Rich, deep, creamy peach and pear fruit.

100% in barrels for 12 months. No new barrels.Bottled after light filtration.

A wonderful example of Viognier from a top producer that beats many a Codnrieu. A scented nose and a fine palate of peach, apricot and balanced acidity.

Andre Dezat is well known for his superb Sancerre rouge. 100% Pinot Noir from 25 year old vines and 12 months in wood.

The nose is expressive on notes of fruit and lots of spice; it reveals ripeness and is very fresh. On the palate, this wine is charming, with surprising fullness, smoothness and also a lot of depth.

The Sancerre of Andre Dezat are among the finest of the appelation and his Rose is outstanding. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir.

Translucent ruby red in colour with youthful wild strawberry fruit on the nose. Wonderfully pure and expressive flavours on the palate with mouthwatering acidity balancing the gentle, ripe tannins and elegant, savoury red fruit.

A single plot in the communal AOC. A very mineral Saint-Véran, with white flowers and mint, which ends on a fresh and linear finish.

From the exceptional Cellars of Bernard Vallet, a wonderful Bourgogne Blanc with golden, yeasty, honeyed fruit and fresh citrus acidity.
