Every bottle is aged for a minimum of 3 years prior to disgorgement. Their Champagnes are crisp, stylish and classic and develop richness with bottle age. This is a terrific value grower Champagne. 80% to Pinot Noir and 20% to Chardonnay.

The wine has a lovely richness on the nose, with aromas of baked apples, pears, brioche and vanilla. On the palate, it is full, rounded, and well-balanced, with expressive notes of white stone fruit and pear. The finish is juicy and persistent.

The Cuvée D is rich and intense, with lively acidity bringing balance, freshness and minerality.
