Riesling is often regarded as the King of grapes in Alsace. Pure Riesling fruit of lemon, lime and yeast with clean acidity. A wonderful aperitif.

Tasting Note:

Biodynamic wine, dry Riesling, steely minerality, crisp and zippy. The Riesling Les Fossiles is vinified in cement and wood, is precise aromatically classic, with a healthy whiff of petroleum and racy acidity.
